I collaborated with my long time friend, Dan Crossan who provided artwork and lettering for this lyric video for Sigma. The brief was pretty open, but the artwork for the single featured a row of rusting cars buried in the desert covered in graffiti, so I rebuilt them in 3D and went about exploring similar landscapes for the rest of the video. The whole thing has a Burning Man vibe, which I've never been to physically but my imagination has.
On lyric videos in general, I feel they can often be an afterthought for an artists campaign, but personally I find them a great platform for exploring animation and motion graphics and a great alternative to falling music video budgets.
